Payments
Payments are possible via all banks in the Netherlands on the following account: NL63INGB01050543, Card holder Levana Solutions.
Maestro and Mastercard are both services of the company MasterCard Worldwide inc. Mastercard is a credit card, Maestro is a debit card. The payment method of these cards differs slightly. The payments that you make with a debit card are immediately debited from the account, those of credit cards are not.
The Visa / credit card is a card with which you can pay worldwide. Each expenditure is only debited from the bank account at the end of the month. With a normal bank card, this always happens immediately. The issuer of the credit card advances you each payment. At the end of the month, he sends you an invoice with all the payments that you have made. You can pay that invoice in full immediately, within a few days of receipt. In that case, the advance costs you nothing. You have then actually had a very short, interest-free loan.
It is better not to transfer to our account number yourself because we will not receive a notification in our system and your order will remain unpaid. The order will then not be processed, and after 14 days you will automatically receive a reminder of the outstanding payment. We would like to be informed when the payment has been made. If you can show proof of payment by email, this can speed up the processing of your order.
Complaints
It can always happen that something does not go exactly as planned. We advise you to first report complaints to us by emailing us. If this
does not lead to a solution, it is possible to register your dispute for mediation via
Stichting WebwinkelKeur .
As of 15 February 2016, it is also possible for consumers in the EU to register complaints via the ODR platform of the European Commission. This ODR platform can be found at
https://ec.europa.eu/odr. If your complaint is not yet being processed elsewhere, you are free to file your complaint via the European Union platform.
Delivery
We do our utmost to deliver your order to you as soon as possible. Orders placed on working days before 20:00 will be sent the same day. However, we are not always able to meet this deadline, sometimes products are not in stock and then the delivery of your order may take a little longer. An indication of the delivery time can be found on the product page. If for whatever reason we are unable to meet this delivery time, we will of course inform you as soon as possible.
Delivery is via the postman or parcel delivery person. In general, delivery will take place the next working day between 9:00 and 18:00. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the time of delivery.
Shipping costs are calculated automatically and can be seen directly in our checkout before you place the order. This price includes VAT. Letterbox post depends on the weight of the letter, and is always less than the parcel post costs below.
